Robert has over 30 years of experience working in the retail industry. His retail experience covers all aspects of store operations including sales, customer service, employee management, inventory management, merchandising and cash/payment handling. Robert also has 8 years of experience assisting independent specialty retailers with new and existing retail point of sale (POS) systems from Microsoft Dynamics.
